Annette Hoffman: “Amy & Nick, I clicked with you guys the minute I met you last January for your super snowy engagement session. It was a frigid twelve degrees! But you and your two dogs, Gus & Einstein rolled with it! Here we are a year later, and I feel so fortunate to photograph your wedding at the Downtown Market.
Amy & Nick are two amazing people. People that care for each other, laugh together, adopt pets together, enjoy being active together, and achieve their dreams together. Nick popped the question on one of Amy’s favorite days of the year: the day they put up their Christmas tree. After hanging the lights and getting a fire going, he asked Amy if she would like an early Christmas present. Of course, she said yes! Nick got down on one knee and had the most beautiful ring for Amy. Isn’t that a beautiful story?
This day, was quite special. Not only because of the union between these two, but also, the weather! It was sunny and in the fifties for their January wedding, an unexpected delight here in Michigan!”
